When you make a purchase from the website we collect and store:

Information We Collect During Use
Once you start using the website we also collect:
- The history of the questions you've answered
- Any comments you've made about the questions
- Any messages or feedback you've sent to the admin team
- Details of when you login including the time/date and IP address
Data Storage & Payment Security
All information is stored on our secure servers.
We don't have access to, collect or store any credit/debit card details. The payment system is provided by Stripe and is completely separate from the website.
Email Communication
We limit email communication to a minimum. We may send emails to:
- Welcome new subscribers
- Answer specific queries about the site (including password reminders)
- Answer specific queries regarding questions
- Share updates about your exam preparation progress
- Inform you about website development and improvements
Disclosure Policy
If YourMedPass believes that your use of the site is unlawful or damaging to other users, we reserve the right to disclose the information obtained about you to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in our opinion to remedy the situation and prevent such conduct continuing.
IP Address Usage
Your IP address may be stored and used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information for statistical purposes. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server.
Your IP address may also be used to assist in the detection of fraud and we may pass this information to the police if necessary.
AI Features
Some study tools use artificial intelligence — for example the AI study assistant, AI-generated summaries and flashcards, and the AI-simulated patient and examiner used for clinical station practice. When you use one of these tools, the text you write and the study content it relates to are sent to our AI providers so a response can be generated.
AI responses are for study only. A simulated patient is not a real person, and nothing an AI tool produces is medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgement. Please do not enter real patient information or anyone's personal details into an AI tool.
Your conversations and the resulting scores are stored with your account so you can review your feedback and track your progress. You can delete an attempt — including its transcript — from your attempt history at any time, and you can ask us to erase everything using the contact details below. Where we retain data for a limited period, AI conversation transcripts are kept for up to 24 months and then removed.
We do not sell your data, and we do not permit our AI providers to use your conversations to train their models.
